🇦🇱 Bulqizë, Albania

Bulqizë is a small city located in northeastern Albania with a population of approximately 14,000 people. Although it is not a coastal city, Bulqizë is of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies due to its proximity to the Port of Durrës, one of the largest ports in Albania.
