Shkodër is a city in northwestern Albania with a population of around 140,000 people. It is located near Lake Shkodër, the largest lake in Southern Europe, and the Buna River, which flows into the Adriatic Sea. Shkodër has a port called Porto Romano, which is of interest to seafarers and shipowners. However, it does not have any shipyards or factories producing ship parts.
