Peqin District is located in central Albania with a population of around 30,000 people. Although it is not a coastal city, it is situated close to the Adriatic Sea and can be accessed via the ports of Durres and Vlore. Peqin District does not have any notable shipyards, factories producing ship parts, or specific facilities for seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies.
