Obshtina Montana is a municipality located in the northwestern part of Bulgaria. It has a population of around 45,000 people. Although it is not a coastal city, it is situated near the Ogosta Dam, which offers recreational activities for seafarers and water sports enthusiasts. The city does not have ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
