Luocheng is a county-level city located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. It has a population of approximately 380,000 people. Although Luocheng is not directly situated on the coast, it is located near the Liujiang River, which allows for some river transportation. However, it does not have any major ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts of particular interest to seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies.
