🇩🇪 Nordholz, Germany

Nordholz is a small town located in the Cuxhaven district of Germany. It has a population of approximately 3,000 people. Although not a major port city, Nordholz is interesting for seafarers as it is home to the German Naval Airbase and the Navy's Marinefliegergeschwader 3. It also houses the Nordholz Naval Air Station, which serves as a base for maritime surveillance and search and rescue operations in the North Sea.
