Mansoûra is a city located in the northeastern part of Algeria. It has a population of approximately 140,000 people. For seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies, the nearby city of Oran would be of more interest, as it has a major port and shipyard facilities. Mansoûra, however, does not have any notable ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
