Jõgeva vald is a rural municipality located in Estonia. It has a population of approximately 6,000 residents. Although it is not directly situated on the coast, it does have access to the Emajõgi River, which is navigable and could be of interest to seafarers. However, Jõgeva vald does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
