Since 2007, the Estonian company Universal Baltic Partners OÜ has been successfully operating in the field of ship repair and navigation on a subcontract basis with one regular customer. The customer organizes ship repair works in Equatorial Guinea, Malabo on two docks and transports cement from Turkey and Portugal to Equatorial Guinea on four ships. The Estonian company, at the request of the customer, sends ship repair specialists to the docks, who work there on a rotational schedule. The company provides visa processing, round-trip travel, accommodation, meals, treatment, and insurance. According to the terms of the contract, our company, if necessary, is looking for seafarers in the crews of ships at the request of the customer. Basically, ship repair teams and ship crews are stable, but from time to time, if one of the employees violates the terms of the contract or leaves at the end of the contract, then we look for a replacement for them. If necessary, we turn to crewing in Ukraine, Russia. We are mainly interested in specialists: senior mechanics, second mechanics, dockmasters.
