🇫🇲 Ulithi Municipality, Micronesia

Ulithi Municipality is a remote group of islands located in the Federated States of Micronesia. It has a small population of around 800 people. Ulithi Bay, one of the largest in the world, is a natural deep-water harbor that attracts seafarers and shipowners. The bay serves as a strategic anchorage point and has a historical significance as a base for the US Navy during World War II. However, there are no shipyards or factories producing ship parts in the municipality.
