🇫🇷 Carbon-Blanc, France

Carbon-Blanc is a small commune in southwestern France with a population of around 8,000 people. Located on the right bank of the Garonne River, it does not have any ports or shipyards. However, the nearby city of Bordeaux, just 10 kilometers away, is a major port city and a hub for seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies. Bordeaux offers excellent maritime facilities and has a strong maritime industry, including shipyards and factories producing ship parts.
