Pérols is a small commune located in the Hérault department in southern France. It has a population of approximately 9,000 people. Although Pérols is not directly on the coast, it is situated very close to the Mediterranean Sea and is only a short distance from the city of Montpellier, which has a major port and shipyards that may be of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies.
