Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud is a regency located in the North Sulawesi province of Indonesia. The population of this regency is approximately 110,000 people. Situated in the Celebes Sea, it offers opportunities for seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies. The regency has several ports for maritime transportation and supports a fishing industry. However, it does not have shipyards or factories producing ship parts.
