Kabupaten Mimika is a regency located in the Papua Province of Indonesia. The city has a population of around 225,000 people. For seafarers and shipowners, the nearby city of Timika has the Mozes Kilangin Airport which provides air connectivity to the region. However, there are no ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts in Kabupaten Mimika.
