Rahat is a city located in southern Israel, specifically in the Negev desert. It is the largest Bedouin city in the world, with a population of around 70,000 residents. Although Rahat does not have ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts, it is still of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies due to its proximity to the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba.
