Kadod is a small city located in the Surat district of the Indian state of Gujarat. It has a population of around 15,000 people. For seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies, the city does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts. However, it is surrounded by several major cities in Gujarat that have ports and shipbuilding facilities, such as Surat and Navsari.
