Mahē is a small town located in the Puducherry district of India. It has a population of around 19,000 people. Although it is not known for its seafaring activities, Mahē does have a port called Mahē Port, which serves as a small harbor for fishing boats and local water transportation. The city also has a few shipyards and factories producing ship parts, which may be of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies.
