Udalguri is a town in the Udalguri district of the Indian state of Assam. With a population of around 38,000, it is a small and peaceful city. Although not directly coastal, Udalguri is situated near the Brahmaputra River, which is navigable and connects to other major ports in the region, making it of potential interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies. However, it does not have any significant ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
