Bhadravati is a city located in the Shivamogga district of the Indian state of Karnataka. It has a population of approximately 160,000 people. Although Bhadravati is not a coastal city, it is located on the banks of the Bhadra River, which makes it accessible for seafarers to travel inland. However, the city does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts of significant interest to seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies.
