Shibetsu is a small city located in Hokkaido, Japan. It has a population of around 10,000 people. Although it is not a major port city, Shibetsu does have a small port that is mainly used for fishing and cargo transportation. Seafarers and shipowners might find the city interesting for its scenic coastal views and access to the Sea of Japan. However, it does not have any shipyards or factories producing ship parts.
