🇰🇬 Kemin, Kyrgyzstan

Kemin is a city located in the Chuy Region of Kyrgyzstan. It has a population of around 20,000 people. While Kemin is not directly a coastal city, it does have access to the Issyk-Kul Lake, which is the second-largest alpine lake in the world. Seafarers and shipowners may find the lake interesting for recreational activities or tourism. However, Kemin does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
