🇱🇻 Gulbene, Latvia

Gulbene is a small city located in the northeastern part of Latvia. It has a population of around 10,000 people. Although not directly on the coast, Gulbene is near the major ports of Riga and Ventspils, which would be of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies. The city itself does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
