Viesīte is a small city located in the Vidzeme region of Latvia. It has a population of around 3,000 people. While Viesīte is not directly connected to the sea, it may serve as a base for seafarers or crewing companies looking to explore the beautiful Latvian countryside and its many lakes and rivers.
