Rayones is a small town located in the state of Nuevo León, Mexico. It has a population of around 2,000 people. While not directly on the coast, it is situated near several major ports in the Gulf of Mexico, such as Altamira and Tampico. This makes it a convenient location for seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies to access these ports for trade and logistics purposes. However, Rayones itself does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
