Rincón de Tamayo is a small city located in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. It has a population of approximately 20,000 people. While it is not directly situated on the coast, it is a short distance away from the port city of Veracruz, which is a major hub for seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies.
