Provincia de Huamanga is located in the Ayacucho region of Peru. It has a population of around 250,000 people. While not directly on the coast, it is of interest to seafarers and shipowners due to its proximity to the nearby port city of Pisco, which is about 200 kilometers away. Huamanga itself doesn't have ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
