San Juan is a highly urbanized city in the Philippines with a population of approximately 122,180. Located in the eastern part of Metro Manila, it is not known for its seafaring industry or shipyards. However, being part of the National Capital Region, it is in close proximity to the Port of Manila, which is the largest and busiest seaport in the country. Seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies can easily access the port and its facilities for their maritime needs.
