La Paz is a small coastal city in the Tarlac province of the Philippines. It has a population of around 100,000 people. While it does not have any major ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts, it can still be of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies as it is located near the Lingayen Gulf and offers access to the South China Sea.
