Santa Ignacia is a municipality in the province of Tarlac, Philippines. It has a population of around 41,000 people. Although it is a landlocked city and does not have any ports or shipyards, it may still be of interest to seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies for its proximity to other maritime cities in the Philippines such as Subic and Batangas, which have major ports and shipbuilding industries.
