Kizlyar is a small city located in the Republic of Dagestan, Russia. It has a population of around 48,000 people. Though not directly on the coast, Kizlyar is situated near the Terek River, providing some access to inland waterways. However, it does not have any major ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts of significant interest to seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies.
