The shipping company "MRP-Tanker" (LLC "MRP-Tanker") was founded in 2011. The line of activity of the shipping company is the operation of the oil tanker fleet (tankers "river-sea" of the RST 25 project).The first tankers for the company were built at the Nobel Brothers Shipyard, Rybinsk, and meet the dimensions of the Volga-Don shipping canal and the Volga-Baltic route.The RST-25 project was developed by the Marine Engineering Bureau, taking into account all international requirements for the safety of navigation. Vessels of the RST-25 project are a completely new type of mixed-class (river-sea) tankers designed to transport crude oil and petroleum products, including gasoline, without flash point restrictions, with the ability to simultaneously transport two different types of cargo.
