Hrastnik is a town located in central Slovenia with a population of around 10,000. Although it is not directly situated on the coast, Hrastnik is of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies due to its proximity to the Port of Koper, the largest port in Slovenia. The town itself is not known for shipyards or factories producing ship parts.
