Kastamonu is a city located in northern Turkey with a population of around 112,000. Although not directly on the coast, it is surrounded by several ports and is close to the Black Sea. Seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies may find interest in the city's proximity to the ports, as well as its historical significance as a trading center. However, Kastamonu does not have any shipyards or factories producing ship parts.
