Mvomero is a district in the Morogoro Region of Tanzania. It has a population of approximately 256,000 people. While Mvomero itself doesn't have any major ports or shipyards, it is located about 100 kilometers from the port city of Dar es Salaam, which is a major hub for seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies. Dar es Salaam has several ports, including the Port of Dar es Salaam, which is the largest port in Tanzania.
