Illintsi is a small city located in the Vinnytsia Oblast of Ukraine. It has a population of around 7,000 residents. As a landlocked city, it does not have ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts, making it not of particular interest to seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies.
