Kirovs'k, also known as Kirovohrad, is a city in central Ukraine with a population of approximately 232,000 people. Although it is not a coastal city, it is located near the Inhulets River, which offers limited navigation opportunities. Kirovs'k does not have any notable ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts, so it may not be of particular interest to seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies.
