Ovruch is a city located in the Zhytomyr Oblast of Ukraine. With a population of around 16,000 residents, it is a small and peaceful city. While it may not have direct access to the sea, Ovruch is situated on the banks of the Horyn River, providing opportunities for recreational boating and fishing. However, it does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts of interest to seafarers, shipowners, or crewing companies.
