Harford County is located in the state of Maryland, United States. It has a population of around 250,000 people. While it does not have a coastline or ports, the nearby city of Baltimore has a major port which would be of interest to seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies. Baltimore is home to the Port of Baltimore, one of the largest ports on the east coast of the United States, and also has shipyards and factories producing ship parts.
