Saxonburg is a small borough in Pennsylvania, United States, with a population of approximately 1,500 residents. While it is not known for its maritime industry, Saxonburg holds historical significance as the birthplace of the American oil industry. It is home to the historic Roebling Bridge, designed by John A. Roebling, who later went on to build the famous Brooklyn Bridge in New York City.
