Tahlequah is a city in Oklahoma, United States. With a population of around 16,500, it is the capital of the Cherokee Nation and the oldest municipality in Oklahoma. While Tahlequah is not directly located on the coast, it does have access to the Illinois River, providing recreational opportunities for seafarers and water enthusiasts.
