York County is located in the state of South Carolina, United States. It is home to the city of Rock Hill, which has a population of around 75,000 people. Though not directly on the coast, seafarers and shipowners may find interest in the nearby Port of Charleston, which is about 100 miles away. York County itself does not have any major ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
