Thới Lai is a city located in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. It has a population of around 130,000 people. For seafarers, shipowners, and crewing companies, the nearby Hau River is of interest as it provides access to the South China Sea. However, Thới Lai itself does not have any major ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
