Kokstad is a small town located in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. It has a population of around 40,000 people. Although it is not a coastal city, it is of interest to seafarers as it is located near the Eastern Cape coastline, making it accessible for crewing companies and shipowners. However, it does not have any ports, shipyards, or factories producing ship parts.
